We want you to love your tools for efficient living, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 45 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
